3 a.m (again)
Heart racing. Google open. โIs this normal after a hysterectomy? Is this normal bleeding? Why am I crying over nothing? Is my body broken forever? or is something wrong?โ
Maybe your surgery is only days away and you're terrified of the unknown. Or perhaps you are recovering, and every new twinge, mood crash or hot flush sends you spiralling back to Google, wondering if it's normal. The reassurance you felt yesterday has disappeared today.
You are not dramatic.
You are not overthinking.
Youโre doing this huge thing without a proper map, and itโs exhausting.
Facebook groups can be an incredible source of support.
But when you're frightened and looking for reassurance, they can also leave you with dozens of different opinions, conflicting advice and stories that make your own fears feel even bigger.
A Facebook group is a great place to connect with others.
The Hub is where you come when you want calm, structured support, trusted guidance, and a place to ask questions without feeling lost in the noise.
You don't need more scrolling.
You don't need another "you'll be fine, babe."
You need steady, trusted answers, right there when the fear hits.
Thatโs exactly what the Hysterectomy Support Hub is.
Iโm Kelly. I had my hysterectomy in 2013. I lived the 3 a.m. panic, the emotional free fall, the โis this normal?โ loop. Since then, I've supported tens of thousands of people through hysterectomy and built one of the world's largest hysterectomy support communities, so that you don't have to navigate this alone.
Inside the Hub you get calm, clear, expert-led support, not chaos.
* Pre Op Prep and Post Op Recovery Programs,
* answers to your exact symptoms (no more guessing if itโs normal)
* Weekly live group support calls so you are never alone with the worry,
* Structured guidance for the weeks before surgery and surgery day itself,
*Support through the emotional and physical rollercoaster of recovery,
* Private DM access to expert support,
*Private community + 24/7 app access,
* Short, useful courses and resources that actually match where you are right now including Menopause After Hysterectomy and Pelvic Floor Health.
This isnโt forever. Itโs support for when you need it most, usually the 3 to 4 months when everything feels hardest.
The truth is: Every extra night you spend spiralling is a night that you could have spent feeling supported and in control.
Click below and join the Hysterectomy Support Hub today.
You will get instant access and, hopefully, feel that little sense of relief that comes from knowing that you don't have to figure this out on your own anymore.

Founder, Hysterectomy Support and Shared Experiences
I know how frightening, lonely and overwhelming a hysterectomy can feel because I've lived it myself.
Before my hysterectomy in 2013, I spent 20 years battling endometriosis, adenomyosis and other gynaecological conditions. I underwent nine surgeries before my hysterectomy, followed by two more afterwards because of endometriosis and adhesions.
When I finally had my hysterectomy, I wasn't prepared for the physical recovery, the emotional rollercoaster or the questions that kept coming long after the surgery was over. I found myself searching for answers, wondering what was normal and wishing someone had been there to guide me through it all.
That's why I founded Hysterectomy Support and Shared Experiences.
Since 2013, I've supported thousands of people through their hysterectomy journey. Today, Hysterectomy Support and Shared Experiences has grown into a community of more than 72,000 members worldwide, helping people feel informed, reassured and less alone before and after their hysterectomy.
Everything inside the Hysterectomy Support Hub has been created to give you the information, reassurance and support I wish I'd had.
I'd love to support you too.
