Expert, compassionate support before and after your hysterectomy, with Kelly Hallett
(Founder of Hysterectomy Support and Shared Experiences)
A calm, supportive space offering lived experience, education, and emotional support to help you feel informed, reassured, and never alone at any stage of your hysterectomy journey.
Support for the part of the journey that feels the heaviest
If you’re preparing for a hysterectomy, or finding your feet afterwards, and you feel anxious, overwhelmed, or unsure what’s normal, then this space is for you.
Facebook groups can be comforting. But they can also be noisy, overwhelming, and anxiety-fuelled.
When fear spikes at night
When symptoms don’t make sense
When reassurance doesn’t last
You need more than scrolling and rabbit holes.
You need real, expert, contained support.
You need someone steady beside you for this part.
That’s what the Hysterectomy Support Hub is. This is support for a season, not forever
For most, support is most needed:
• In the weeks before surgery
• Around the operation itself
• During early recovery, when emotions and symptoms fluctuate
Many people stay for 3–4 months, then naturally move on once they feel calmer, more confident, and more like themselves again.
You are free to stay, and free to leave, when you’re ready.
• Ongoing expert guidance from someone who understands this journey deeply
• Weekly online live group support sessions for reassurance, questions, support and clarity
• Full access to all of our hysterectomy support courses
(pre-op prep, post-op recovery, pelvic floor health, menopause after hysterectomy)
• A calmer, private members-only space away from social media overwhelm
• Optional access to one-off 1-1 support if you need something more personal
• You want to feel calmer and more informed
• You’re tired of second-guessing everything
• You want somewhere steady to land during this phase
• You want support away from the "noise" of social media
• You don’t want to carry this alone
I’m Kelly, founder of Hysterectomy Support and Shared Experiences.
I’ve supported this community since 2013, helping tens of thousands of people navigate fear, recovery and adjustment, combining lived experience with years of supporting others through complex emotional journeys.
The Hysterectomy Support Hub exists because this part of the journey matters. I would love to support you also.
• Join monthly or choose a 3-month support pass
• Access everything immediately
• Attend live sessions as often or as little as you need
• Leave when you feel steady again
No pressure.
No obligation.
Just support when you need it.
The Hysterectomy Support Hub is designed to be calm, simple, and free from social media noise.
You can access the Hub via the app or on desktop, whenever it suits you. Weekly support sessions are held on Zoom, with no pressure to have your camera on. Listening in quietly is always welcome (and PJs are absolutely fine).
The community chat threads are for questions, connection, and peer support, and members also have the option inside The Hub to directly message me when extra support is needed.
Inside the Hub, you’ll find all of our gentle, easy-to-follow courses to support you before and after surgery, including written guidance, short videos, and downloadable resources. All designed to be accessed in your own time, without overwhelm. Every resource includes space to ask questions, so you are never left on your own.
